A fun fact is that this image was taken in April 2019, and Northside jerk was the first stop when we started recording our #JerkPan project. The jerk man was more than willing to provide us with the info we needed (as long as we ‘buy him a Guinness’ Lol). Jerk|Pan has been eye opening and it really taught us the complexity of this world famous Jamaican dish we have called jerk chicken.

EITS has perfected the very interesting ‘barrel pan’ style of jerk (or roast in this case) for a very tasty menu item they call ‘Barrel Roasted Chicken topped with Blue Mountain Herb Pan Gravy.’ .
